If you ever receive a set that's damaged or different from what you ordered, don't worry! Just let us know right away. We promise to address such issues with urgency and care, handling them on a case-by-case basis to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Return / Exchange Guidance:
If, in the rare case, your order qualifies for an exchange or return, here's the guide to ensure a smooth process:
- The set should be in the original, unopened packaging, just like it arrived at your doorstep.
- Please keep the nails and any included tools unused and unworn.
- Package everything securely in the original box, ready for its return journey.
A gentle reminder: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. So please contact us ahead and we'll guide you through the process and make sure your Nailett experience remains flawless.
