Because your Nailett press-on sets are lovingly handcrafted and customized to your order, and also due to hygiene concerns, we can't offer exchanges or refunds for changes of mind or size/style requests after orders are delivered. This ensures everyone receives a brand new, perfect-condition set they can be thrilled with!

Nailett Oops! (Faulty Item / Wrong Order)

We take pride in creating beautiful, high-quality nail sets for you! But sometimes, even the best-laid plans can go awry. If you ever receive a set that's damaged or different from what you ordered, don't worry! Just let us know right away. We promise to address such issues with urgency and care, handling them on a case-by-case basis to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return / Exchange Guidance:

If, in the rare case, your order qualifies for an exchange or return, here's the guide to ensure a smooth process:

  1. The set should be in the original, unopened packaging, just like it arrived at your doorstep.
  2. Please keep the nails and any included tools unused and unworn.
  3. Package everything securely in the original box, ready for its return journey.

A gentle reminder: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. So please contact us ahead and we'll guide you through the process and make sure your Nailett experience remains flawless.
